1. General

These terms and conditions govern your booking and stay at Milana Beach Resort & Spa Phú Quốc, located at Group 1, Quarter 4, Cửa Cạn, Phú Quốc Special Zone, Kiên Giang, Vietnam. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms. The resort was formerly known as Chez Carole Beach Resort & Spa.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our reception at +84 76 406 3801 to arrange.

3. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations require confirmation from our sales team via email.
  • Rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise specified.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the rate type and season.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, cash (VND), and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) at the resort.
  • All rates include daily buffet breakfast, swimming pool access, private beach access, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the rate type:

  • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night's rate.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: Full prepayment required. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
  • Promotional/Package Rate: Specific cancellation terms apply as stated in the offer confirmation.

During peak season (December 20 – January 5, Tết holiday, and Easter), cancellation deadlines may be extended to 7 days before check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must present valid identification (passport or national ID) upon check-in as required by Vietnamese law.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00 for the comfort of all guests.
  • Pets are not permitted on the resort grounds.

6. Children & Extra Beds

Children under 6 years stay free when sharing an existing bed with parents. Extra beds are available upon request at an additional charge. The Family Bungalow (70m², 2 bedrooms) and Pool Beach Villa (200m², 2 bedrooms) are ideal for families with children.

7. Liability

Milana Beach Resort is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. A safe is available in each room for valuable items. The resort is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, through the competent courts of Kiên Giang Province.
